PRINTED RFID CARD RFQ CHECKLIST v1 Use this checklist for a first inquiry and sample planning. Every project field below is optional. Write "Unknown" where you need help. Completing it does not approve pricing, compatibility, artwork or production. COPY THIS SUMMARY INTO YOUR INQUIRY Product: Custom Printed RFID Cards Target quantity: Quantity by design / artwork version: Application / reader or issuing system: Chip / frequency (if known): Supply route (factory printed / printable blanks / factory branding + local personalisation): Local printing / encoding setup, if applicable (printer, encoder, software, ribbon/film): Card material / dimensions / thickness / finish: Artwork / print finish (front/back, colour references, later print areas): Artwork status / draft version: Variable print (numbers / names / barcodes / QR): Who prints, encodes and enrols the cards: Chip encoding / printed-to-encoded data mapping: Data format / field names / file structure: Sample approval requirements / intended test setup: Delivery destination / requested arrival date: Packing / sequence by design: Questions / unresolved items: SAMPLE REVIEW: START WITH "NOT CHECKED" Sample / proof reference: Artwork and data versions: Test setup / agreed criteria and inspection scope: Observed results / reviewer / review date: [ ] Artwork and digital proof: version, text, variable-field positions, trim and finishing areas. [ ] Physical sample: colour reference, finish, alignment and handling. [ ] Local printing, if applicable: feeding, actual ribbon/film, print or overprint behaviour. [ ] Reader / issuing workflow: chip reading, intended encoding and enrolment where required. [ ] Data mapping: printed text and scanned QR/barcodes compared with actual chip data and the agreed records. [ ] Quantity and packing: quantity by design, grouping and sequence. Unchecked items are not accepted. Record actual results, unresolved issues and a separate written approval decision. A digital proof and a physical sample answer different questions. One working card does not approve an entire batch. Production approval: NOT APPROVED by this blank checklist. Use the supplier's applicable template and agree final specifications before approval. NFC MAPPING TAB The workbook contains three fictional NFC URL rows using printed identifiers 000101, 000102 and 000103. Fields: printed_id, qr_url, ndef_uri, artwork_version, packing_group. All identifiers and mapping values are stored as text to preserve leading zeros. Only the example uses matching QR and NDEF URLs; agree the relationship for your project. example.test addresses and DEMO labels are placeholders. They are not customer records, chip UIDs, live destinations or an approved production encoding file. The blank area is for an optional synthetic RFQ draft. A matching spreadsheet row does not prove a card was encoded correctly. COMMERCIAL TERMS AND FILE SHARING Price, minimum order, sample fees, freight and production schedule are confirmed in a written quote. A requested arrival date is not a dispatch or delivery promise. For the first inquiry, use a short project summary and synthetic examples. Do not send production files, encoding keys or real cardholder data. The website form currently has no file upload. Paste the summary above into its editable message field. Wait for the team's reply to agree a suitable channel for this workbook and any later files.
