High temperature RFID tags use PPS, ceramic or high-Tg FR4 housings to keep reading through heat-intensive processes — autoclaves, paint and e-coat ovens, industrial laundry — where standard tags fail above about 85 °C. Ratings run up to 230–260 °C depending on housing and model.
