Card lamination
Printed core sheets are sealed between overlays and cured — the construction behind bank-card durability.
Inlay bonding
Chips and etched antennas are bonded and embedded, invisible inside the finished body.
Die-cutting & converting
Sheets become CR80 cards, labels or tag housings; edges and tolerances are checked against the spec.
Personalisation & encoding
Numbering, QR/barcodes, magstripe and chip encoding run under NDA — keys and data used only for your order.

What is your production capacity?
Card lamination, inlay bonding, die-cutting and personalisation all run in house at our Shenzhen site, with chips sourced from NXP, Impinj and EM Microelectronic product lines with batch-level traceability. Exact capacity depends on the construction — share your annual volume and we will confirm lead times.
Do you offer OEM / ODM and custom manufacturing?
Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM services with in-house R&D — custom chip, size, material, artwork, encoding and packaging, with custom keys and encoding available under NDA.
What is the minimum order quantity, and can I get a sample?
