Buyers increasingly specify lower-impact materials, and we build for that: FSC-certified paper and wood-veneer card bodies, bamboo faces, recycled-PVC cores and Tyvek wristbands — the same chips and encodings, in bodies with a lighter footprint.
We scope environmental claims the way we scope compliance: FSC Chain of Custody applies to our paper and wood products and packaging — not to standard PVC — and material statements are issued per batch. If your program has a sustainability spec, send it; we quote against it, not around it.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. RFID MFG runs its own plant in Shenzhen, where card lamination, inlay bonding, die-cutting and personalisation all run in house. The site holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. Buying direct means factory pricing and full control over customization and quality.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is flexible and depends on the product — often from a few hundred pieces for cards, wristbands and key fobs, and from 1,000–2,000 pieces for labels and inlays. Share your target quantity for an exact wholesale quote.
Can I get a free sample before ordering?
Yes. Free pre-production samples are available so you can verify material, print and chip performance before committing to a full run.
Do you offer custom OEM / ODM and chip encoding?
Yes — full OEM/ODM with in-house R&D: custom chip, frequency, size, material, artwork, packaging and pre-encoding, with custom keys under NDA.
How long does production take?
Typically 3–7 days for samples and 7–30 days for bulk production depending on product family, after artwork and encoding are approved, then worldwide shipping. We reply to quotes within 24 hours.
