BIO paper and biodegradable card stocks that match PVC performance — without the plastic waste.
BIO Card-S
A new material that sits between paper and plastic. Production generates no waste water or gas, and the card degrades naturally after use — leaving no secondary white pollution.
BIO Card-P
Made from renewable plant fibers, corn and agricultural by-products. Fully biodegradable by microorganisms, toxin-free, and with performance better than conventional PVC.
ECO Card
Burns to only CO₂ and water, and is recyclable. Bisphenol-free, with strong yellowing and chemical resistance — and a service life of 20+ years.
BIO Paper
A forest-free paper card made from natural resources, with performance similar to regular PVC — newly promoted by RFID MFG.
FSC® Certified
Chain-of-Custody certified for bamboo slices, mixed wood veneer and recycled paper — traceable from forest to finished product.
Material Recovery
We recycle PVC and paper waste, and keep upgrading equipment to raise raw-material utilization.
Responsible by process
We manage production strictly to environmental standards, handling the wastewater, waste gas and waste materials from manufacturing with dedicated processes.
- Wastewater is purified and recycled for secondary use; by-products are handled by licensed third parties.
- Waste gas passes through catalytic combustion and is only released once it meets emission standards.
- Waste materials are stored in a dedicated room and removed by professional third-party processors.
- Low-noise, vibration-reduced facilities keep noise within environmental limits.
- Energy- and water-saving equipment cut consumption; no single-use plastics in the canteen.

Are eco-friendly RFID cards as durable as PVC?
Yes. Our BIO paper, PLA and FSC-wood cards are engineered to match — and in some cases exceed — standard PVC in durability and print quality, while cutting plastic. PLA, for example, offers strong yellowing and chemical resistance with a 20+ year service life.
Which sustainable card materials do you offer?
BIO paper (degrades with no secondary pollution), PLA (plant-based, burns to only CO₂ and water and is recyclable), FSC-certified wood and bamboo, forest-free paper cards, and recycled PVC. We also recycle PVC and paper production waste.
Do eco cards still support RFID/NFC chips and printing?
Yes — eco and wood cards carry the same LF, HF/NFC or UHF chips and support full-colour printing (or laser engraving for wood), so performance and branding are unaffected.
Can you provide FSC or eco documentation for our program?
Yes. Our wood and paper materials are FSC Chain-of-Custody certified and traceable from forest to finished product, and we can supply the documentation your sustainability program requires.
