Step 1 — Define your spec (or just describe the goal)
The five things that define an RFID order: chip or frequency (match your existing readers — this is the most common mistake), size and form factor, material, artwork, and quantity. If you can only answer some of these, describe the application instead — "we need 5,000 wristbands for a 3-day festival with tap payment" is enough for our engineers to spec the rest.
Step 2 — Written quote within 24 hours

Step 3 — Free samples in 3–7 days
Pre-production samples cost nothing and exist so you can test the actual chip, material and print on your own readers and in your own environment before committing. If a sample fails your tests, we adjust chip, antenna or material and resample — bulk never starts on a failed sample.
Step 4 — Artwork proof and approval
Alongside samples you receive an artwork proof for print layout, colours and variable data. Encoding files, sector maps and keys are handled under NDA. Production starts only after you approve both sample and proof — this approval gate is your protection.
Step 5 — Bulk production with QC (7–18 days)
Lamination, inlay bonding, die-cutting and personalisation run in house, with full-process traceability and a 100% read test before packing. Typical bulk lead time is 7–18 days depending on construction and volume; the exact date is on your quotation.
Step 6 — Delivery and after-sales
Orders ship express, door to door, with tracking and full export documentation. Every product carries a 2-year warranty with ongoing technical support — if something reads wrong in the field, you talk to the engineers who built it.
Common mistakes to avoid
Ordering a frequency your readers cannot see (always confirm reader model first); skipping the sample stage to save a week and losing a production run; sending encoding data after production has started; and leaving artwork sign-off to the last minute — the proof cycle is fast, but only if someone on your side owns it.
