About RFID Dry Inlay
A dry inlay is the naked RFID engine: chip flip-bonded onto an etched aluminum antenna on PET, wound on reels with no adhesive layer. Converters laminate them into tickets, cards, baggage tags and their own label constructions — which is why the specs that matter here are converting specs: web width, pitch, core diameter, wind direction and liner behavior in your machine.
We match antenna designs to the chip and the end application — ICODE and NTAG for HF ticketing, UCODE and Monza families for UHF logistics — and supply TID lists where your process needs pre-association. Trial reels ship first so your line proves out lamination temperature and registration before volume.

Frequently asked questions
Dry vs wet inlay?
Dry has no adhesive (for lamination); wet is adhesive-backed.
Supplied on rolls?
Yes, reel-to-reel with custom pitch.
What reel specifications can you supply?
Custom pitch, web width, core size and wind direction to match your applicator or laminator — send your machine spec and we cut reels to it.
Can you deliver TID data with the reels?
Yes — TID capture files per reel in CSV or your format, so pre-association and serialization start before the reels arrive.
How many pcs do I need to order RFID Dry Inlay?
The minimum is 2,000 pcs per run. Smaller trial batches are sometimes possible on standard specs — ask with your use case.
What is the wholesale price range for RFID Dry Inlay?
Indicatively $0.03–$0.15 per pc (FOB Shenzhen). Send chip, size, artwork and quantity for an exact quote within 24 hours.
