About RFID White Label / Sticker
White labels are the print-your-own workflow: a coated, thermal-transfer-printable face over an RFID inlay, wound for desktop and industrial RFID printers. The engineering detail that decides success is inlay placement — the chip position must match your printer’s encode antenna, so we manufacture placement to the printer model you name and test rolls on matching hardware.
Operations choose between two workflows: blank rolls encoded at print time by your printer, or pre-encoded rolls where the printer only prints — the second removes encode-failure stops on busy lines. Either way, faces take barcodes, text and logos crisply at 203–300 dpi with standard resin or wax-resin ribbons.

What printer settings should we start with?
We ship a settings sheet per order — ribbon type, darkness, print speed and RFID calibration steps — so the first roll runs clean rather than by trial and error.
How do you handle our encoding data and keys?
Under NDA. Keys, card numbers and encoding files are used only to produce your order, stored no longer than production requires, and deleted on request after delivery.
