About Metal Card
Metal cards are precision-etched from stainless or brass blanks, then finished with PVD coloring — matte black, gold, rose gold — and laser-engraved detail. The weight is the point: at 30–60 g versus a 5 g PVC card, the hand feels the difference before the eye does, which is why black-card programs and luxury brands specify them.
Adding NFC to metal is a real engineering problem, because a solid metal body shields the antenna. Our hybrid builds solve it with a chip cavity and ferrite isolation layer, or a metal-face/PVC-back sandwich, tuned so phones read the card reliably.
